The AI guide for the questions you would ask a construction ERP consultant
ERPwise is an AI guide that answers questions about your construction ERP in plain English. It doesn’t log in to your ERP, and it doesn’t touch your data.

A guide, not a plug-in
What it is
What it is not
Vendor assistants know one system. ERPwise is planned as an independent guide for the construction ERP you run. It doesn’t replace a construction ERP consultant on the big work, like a rollout. It handles the everyday questions instead. Think of the questions that don’t justify a ticket but still stop your afternoon. That’s the gap it’s built for.

Stuck in your ERP? ERP support should not take days.
Construction ERP software is complex. Sooner or later you hit a wall on a report, a pay app, retainage or month-end close. Then the options are a support ticket, a construction ERP consultant’s calendar, or the one ERP person in the building. That person’s busy. Or they’ve left. None of those are fast. A ticket sits in a queue. A calendar has next week on it. And the person who knows the answer is already carrying three other questions.
How it will work
Pick the ERP you use.
Ask in plain English.
Get the steps for that system.
That’s the whole idea. No ticket. No waiting. No explaining your setup to someone first.
What ERPwise is designed to do
Four things we’re building it to do. None of them need access to your system.
Plain-English answers
The questions you would take to a construction ERP consultant, answered step by step.
Steps for your ERP
Answers written for the system you run, not a general explanation of how ERPs work. The steps match the screens you’re actually looking at.
Built around construction work
Reports, job cost, retainage, subcontracts, AP invoices and approvals, payroll and month-end.
Nothing to connect
Because it doesn’t log in to your ERP, there’s nothing for IT to approve and nothing to put through a security review.
Built for finance teams that run an ERP for construction
If your day involves an ERP and a question nobody has time to answer, you’re who we built this for.
Made for
Not for
Teams choosing construction ERP software to buy
Students and people studying for an exam
Firms that use only basic accounting software
Why you can trust ERPwise
Independent
ERPwise isn’t built by a software vendor. We aren’t affiliated with Acumatica, or with anyone else. We don’t resell any system either, so there’s nothing we’re quietly steering you toward.
Built by Proxsoft
Proxsoft builds software for construction finance and field teams, connects the systems they already run, and trains them to use AI well.
Honest about the stage
ERPwise isn’t built yet. So we won’t show logos, quotes or numbers we can’t back up. When that changes, this page changes with it.
Questions people ask
Is ERPwise built?
Not yet. ERPwise is coming soon. Join the waitlist to shape it and get first access.
What does it cost?
Not set yet. Joining the waitlist is free.
Does it connect to our ERP or use our data?
No. It doesn’t log in to your ERP and it doesn’t touch your data. There’s nothing for IT to approve.
Do I still need a construction ERP consultant?
Yes, for the big work. A rollout, or a rebuild of your setup. ERPwise handles the everyday questions, so your ERP consultant’s time goes where it’s actually needed.
Is ERPwise an ERP AI chatbot?
You type a question and get an answer, so yes in that sense. But a general chatbot doesn’t know your system. ERPwise is planned as a guide for the ERP you run, and it never connects to it.
How is it different from Acumatica AI or my ERP vendor’s assistant?
Vendor assistants know one system. ERPwise is planned as an independent guide for the ERP you run, and the next one.
Does ERPwise replace Acumatica training?
No. It doesn’t replace formal training. It answers the questions that come up once your team is already using the system.
Is ERPwise official Acumatica support?
No. ERPwise is independent and we aren’t affiliated with Acumatica. For licenses, bugs and upgrades, talk to your Acumatica reseller.
Which ERPs will it cover?
We are considering Acumatica to start with. Tell us the system you use in the form. Your answers help decide what we build for.
What happens after I join?
You confirm your email with one click. Then we ask three short, optional questions. If we go ahead, you hear first.
